Terms of Service
These are the terms for using Noomicheems.com. They are short on purpose. By using the site you agree to them. Last updated on October 13, 2026.
Using This Site
Noomicheems.com is a free fan site. It offers guides about NoomiClone and a player that shows the game's browser version. You may read the pages and play the game for your own enjoyment.
Please do not attack the site, overload it with automated requests, or copy its pages wholesale onto another site.
The site has no accounts. There is nothing to register for and nothing to pay.
The Game and Its Owner
NoomiClone is the work of its author, who publishes it on itch.io under the name jamesnorth. All rights in the game belong to its author.
This site does not host the game. It shows the author's browser build through itch.io's embed player and links to the author's pages. This site has no separate agreement with the author, and it is not affiliated with the author, with itch.io, or with anyone behind the NoomiCheems mod.
The guides, the page design and the drawings on this site were made for it.
Copyright and Takedown Requests
If you own rights in something shown or linked on this site and want it changed or removed, write to hello@noomicheems.com. Say what the content is, where it appears, and how you are connected to it.
We act on requests from rights holders. If the author of NoomiClone or itch.io asks us to stop embedding the game, the embed will be taken down and replaced with a plain link to the author's page.
This site does not host or link NoomiCheems files or any other modified copy of the game, and requests to add them will be refused.
No Warranty
The site is provided as it is. The game is served by itch.io, so it can be slow or unavailable for reasons outside our control.
We check facts before publishing and show the date they were checked. Games and store pages change, so a detail may be out of date by the time you read it.
Links to itch.io, Google Play and the App Store lead to sites we do not run. What you do there is between you and them.
Changes and Contact
If these terms change, the new text will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
Questions can go to hello@noomicheems.com. See also the About page and the Privacy Policy.
