Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to your data when you use Noomicheems.com. The short version: the site has no accounts and does not ask you for anything. Two outside services can be involved, and both are described below. Last updated on October 13, 2026.
What This Site Collects
Noomicheems.com has no accounts, no sign-up, no comments and no forms. We do not ask for your name, your email address or any other personal detail, and we do not keep a profile of you.
Like any website, this one is delivered by a hosting company. That company receives the technical data every web request carries, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for, and may keep it in server logs for security and to keep the service running.
The pages themselves do not set cookies of their own.
The Embedded Game
The game on this site is not hosted here. When you press the Play button, your browser loads NoomiClone from itch.io inside a frame on the page.
Nothing is requested from itch.io until you press Play. From that moment, itch.io receives your request the way it would if you visited itch.io directly. It can set its own cookies, and the game saves its files in your browser so it loads faster next time.
We do not control that and we cannot see it. It is covered by itch.io's privacy policy.
The buttons that lead to itch.io, Google Play and the App Store are ordinary links. Those sites apply their own policies once you are there.
Advertising and Analytics
This site is built so that three outside services can be switched on: Google AdSense for ads, Google Analytics for visit statistics, and Cloudflare Web Analytics for page counts. Each one only loads if it has been switched on for the site. A service that is not switched on receives nothing.
When ads are on, Google and its partners use cookies to show ads, including ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites. Google explains this on its page about how it uses information from sites that use its services.
When Google Analytics is on, it uses cookies to tell visits apart and to count which pages are read. We see totals, not people.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not hand any to these services ourselves. Whatever they receive, they collect directly from your browser.
Your Choices
You stay in control of all of this from your own browser.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The pages still work without them.
- Turn off personalised ads in Google's ad settings.
- Do not press Play if you do not want itch.io to receive a request. The guides can be read without the game.
- Use a private window if you want cookies and saved game files cleared when you close it.
This site is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes and Contact
If this policy changes, the new text will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
